Your next sales call deserves a better warm-up.
A practical, ten-minute AI preparation routine.
Minutes 1–3: collect reliable context
Gather the buyer’s stated goals, your approved product information, and current account research. When using public research, retain the source and publication date. Separate facts from hypotheses.
Minutes 4–6: build questions
Ask your AI assistant for five discovery questions based on that context. Tell it to avoid assumptions. Edit out anything already answered in your notes or likely to feel intrusive.
Minutes 7–8: rehearse the difficult moment
Choose one realistic concern: implementation effort, price, timing, or a current provider. Ask the assistant to play a buyer with that concern. The goal is to practice curiosity and clarity, not to force an agreement.
Minutes 9–10: choose a next step
Write down what you hope to learn and one appropriate next step if there is a fit. Keep your notes short enough to use while listening. Verify every factual claim you might repeat.
